just started my grow

hello all, just recently started my grow this week and would like a few tips, im growing 2 zensation and two church plants inside a 1 metre squared grow tent, im using a 400w bulb and after about 5 days the plants are about 3 inches in height, basically i wanna know a bit about ventillation at the moment im not using a fan or filter because i have neither, there are 3 holes in the tent that can be opend and closed but so far ive kept them closed at all times. could anyone tell me do i need a fan inside the tent? and also ive been watering daily, is this ok? help much appreciated :)

read the FAQ...400w per 1m2 not enaugh light.its ok for now but you nee more later..and yes you do need fans 3 of them=)and before you water make sure that soil is dried up
