Looks like two things to me.....

1 - Over watering..... The amount of soil you have it in is retaining too much moisture for the small amount of roots present, hence the droop....

2 - Heat/Light Stress..... Your larger leaves appear as though they are not only drooping over but also folding in. Usually the folding in is a reaction of the plant to retain moisture and block light.....

That's just my guess though.... If you want the best answer, you are going to have to fill out the troubleshooting form in the plant problems section.... Go there, find the troubleshooting form, copy, start a new thread, paste, then answer the questions to the best of your ability.... Hope this helps....

Ok so seems that there is a hint of green in the soil could this have anything to do with the fact that the plant hasn't grown at all.

I recommend trying this http://boards.cannabis.com/diy-how-methods/197489-custom-co2-home-made-cheap.html
My seedlings were on the verge of death
I started this CO2 a few hours ago & can already see the difference..

This is my grow log..

Its in a pot can you not bring it in for a few hours.?
Or maybe if its in a smaller room you can just run the tube to the base of the plant
Im sure it would still help

Good Luck

I don't think CO2 will solve your problem, there is plenty of CO2 in nature to support plant life without supplimenting it. If you think you've over watered get an aquarium pump and run the hose down to the roots so they can get oxygen.

Oh, it's just a baby. Get the light a little further away or put it in a window and DONT fertilize it.
