Administrative Probation?

I've was sentenced to administrative probation for a year in Indiana a few weeks ago. I asked my lawyer if there will be random drug testing, he said no. But, when I met with my PO the next day she said she can test me. What I'm asking is is it safe for me to smoke or should I play it safe?

Would be best to take this advice.....



IMO our justice system enables law enforcement officials to enforce any laws that might be broken by citizens to ensure revenue is made for the state....

Even if you don't have to report doesn't mean that they won't call you up and ask you to stop by because they want to "check on you"....

Sucks to hear but unless you want to get locked up, you really got no other choice....
