So, I've read thread after thread, post after post. I have convinced myself that going with the Sub method is my only shot considering: I have smoked on and off since January, I stopped in early April and really went at it again on 4/20/2011 until I stopped smoking May 4. I started to workout daily, been drinking plenty of cranberry juice and water, I tested myself this morning with the first void of the day and my Avatar shows that THC is still present. My question is, considering the vast amount of warmers out there, I can't seem to find one that maintains the temp at a constant 92-98. I've been practicing and it comes up short by a few degrees. The reason I stopped smoking and still going with the SUB. method is because I'm afraid of a re-test, I can only carry 60mLs without having an obvious bulge showing, so I'm counting on my personal sample in case I am told to retake due to Temp. WHat are some good warmers? I have been practicing with ones from Rite Aid/CVS called ""GRABBER warmers" - Toe warmers instant heat 6+ hours air activated"". Some help would be greatly appreciated, my test is tomorrow @ 11am. BTW I'm 5'7 155lbs. Hispanic, I ate a ton of beans today, I have a nice beer gut going, so there is definitely some fat storage capacity and if I had known about the test back on 4/20 I would have definitely stopped. (on 4/21) :smokin: Thank you all in advance!

Most warmer packs by themselves take approximately 1 hour to heat the sample bottle to 98-100 degrees. For this reason, your sub should be preheated prior to activating the warmer pack. A few ways come to mind:
a) Microwave - If youre using synthetic urine as a sub, stick it in the mic for 10 sec. For high-wattage mics, you may have to cut the heating time down by half or more. If youre using human urine, microwaving is not recommended because human urine is a biohazard and should not be in an area where food and utensils are involved.
b) Hot water - Place the sub container in a ziplock baggie and submerge it in a sink filled with hot water. Typically takes more time than a microwave, but its good for both synthetic and human urine subs.
c) Vehicle heater - Place the heater control switch to "floor heat" mode and use the floor ducts to heat the sample to proper temp.
These are some of the methods that Ive personally utilized. Other posters can chime in on other methods they have used.

Man, you rock, I'll be using a human Sub and I'll go with option B.. I just hope I can maintain the constant temp for at most a couple hours... should be testing between 10-12 tomorrow. Thank you again! I hope I will not have to use my own sample because as of today, I'm still THC positive with the first void of the day. I read somewhere that someone used his sample first to register the temp on the cup and then quickly threw it out and wiped it down, and poured in the sub in the same cup so that it would have the temp from the dirty sample.. I don't know if that would work in the short time they give you before they start knocking on the door to see if "everything is o.k.?" I'm really just nervous because I could use both hands to count the amount of times I've "not passed" and missed out on some great opps due to it. Had I been given the time every time, I would have abstained, but this is where I'm at today. I'll be sure to post my results tomorrow. Thanks again!

I just got back from testing, and it went well except... I am now 1 heat pad short... I don't know where it fell out!!! Can they throw my test out if they find it near the vicinity???? Will they allow me to retest??? If they do, might it be a supervised test??? I feel soooooo retarded right now.. This is far from over for me!!! If it's not 1 thing it's another!!!! I guess I don't deserve this job if they associate that thing with me. ANy thoughts, besides the one about me being retarded????
