The tap at my house reads 7.0. When I add my Roots Organic Buddah Grow the PH drops to 3.0 (well atleast thats what it reads) This is With a liquid PH test kit. The numbers dont seem right from a company that is based outta Oregon and products designed specifically for cannabis. Am I testing wrong whats up?

I guess my real question is how to test ph after mixing your nutrient solution. Can someone please help me out with this.

What's you soil ph?
The thing about using drops is that once the nute solution is mixed into the water, the color of the nutrient is going interfere with the color of the ph sample once the dropped is mixed in....
Adjust plain water ph before adding nutes, add to soil, then check the soil ph. Sometimes you have to offset water ph to correct soil ph to get the soil ph in the proper nutrient range....
Hope this helps....

I just got off the phone with my hydrophonics store and the guy said they range from 35-120 US dollars. Does this sounds right anything decent for a better price? I saw one for 8 bucks online but that sounds super cheap.

I got a Milwaukee ph600 off of ebay for around 25 bucks and it works great. pH 600 Milwaukee Digital pH600 Meter/Tester/Pocket/Pen | eBay (http://cgi.ebay.com/pH-600-Milwaukee-Digital-pH600-Meter-Tester-Pocket-Pen-/380337878726?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item588de776c6)
