hello all. I am a new member here so any advice would be great.

I have just grown my first 14 day old cannabis plant and would like your opinion as to the healthyness of it.

I live in ireland so you can imagine this weather here is no good for outdoor growing as it rains alot.

I used growise specialist multi purpose compost and am watering it when the pot feels very light each time, I don't want to over do the watering. also at the moment the seedling started to grow I only used a 32 watt flouresent white daylight lamp 2 inches from the top of the plant. I do know that this light is nowhere near the recommended 250 watt cfl but it is all i have until the next 3 weeks.

I think the person that gave me these seeds said the species is indica but i'm not sure on that. I will be picking up a quality dual white & red light soon but I was just wondering on your opinion of this plant, does it look ok for 14 days old ?. cheers

definitely an indica, you can tell by the broad leaves. looks good though. keep up the good work.

hard to tell if its indica as hybrids can confuse things. its about time to repot. if your watering more than every three days its probably got a nice root system and drinking it up. it looks healthy. as far as rainy weather, outdoors is quite alright. look at canada and washington state they have great outcomes there. 250w would be good for one plant but not too tall.

thanks for the info MEDEDCANNABIS I am going to repot this plant in an hour or two.

when the sun does come out I put her outside but it does be windy as hell sometimes here and I am afraid it will break the stems or leaf stems. so getting a good day with high pressure would be fine, but the wind is just too gusty most of the time here.

phew...that wasn't easy doing the repotting but I managed it without too much trouble.

this is the only large pot i have, it's 9 inch wide and reasonably deep. I used the same growise specialist soil but i kept the soil in the pot for 2 days in my bedroom to get to room temperature so it wouldn't shock the plant during the repotting.

shes lookin good. Only thing i could recommend it to buy two separate bulbs - the mixed spectrum bulbs aren't what they seem. Keep er green. C

the plant is picking up a bit now. I will be leaving it out in the sun soon as the weather is supposed to get much better in a few day's. I will use the sun for two more weeks and then drive into the city to the hemp shop and see what lights they have.
