help with salvia planting

ok, i have a dried salvia leaf... if i soak it in water, then put the stem in soil.. is there any chance that it will grow.. do i need rooting hormone or anything?

^ don't even smoke the leaf. it won't do anything. Go buy some exctract if u want the high. if u wanna grow it get some seeds, not a dried up saliva leaf.
