Hey all --
I don't have any weed atm, and haven't smoked in a while, but am growing 2 plants (Ministry Carnival strain) in my closet. Since it's 4/20 , I was thinking about picking just a bit for tonight, and wanted to know what the best way to do this would be. If you all think this would hurt the plant too much, or if the buds are not ready enough to produce a good high, I'll leave it alone. Be honest if you think I should just leave it alone; that's fine... *sigh*
My plants are 5 weeks into their flowering (out of 9 weeks) and have many nice medium sized frosty buds. Some of the smaller leaves near the top are also covered in trichromes; if you think it would be safer for me to just cut a few coated leaves off, I could try that instead.
Let me know what you think and if this is reasonable, and if so, what I should cut and how. I know many plants are pruned for their heath, but maybe chopping flowers or even leaves off a mostly healthy plant will simply do harm...
...Thanks!
