The law is fucked up.

Why are people getting sentenced to probation/ community service
and house arrest for assults and theft but when its weed they want
jail time? Shouldn't it be the other way around?

Like shouldn't weed be OK but if it leeds people to violence and theft
then jail them for that shit right?

Becuase people are not hurting other people with drugs so
what the fuck is this illegall for?

Maybee the weed has a bit of withdrawl but thats no big
deal because the government sells booze and valuim so it
would be hipocritical to say that for a reason for putting
so many innocent people in prison.


Plus people should know weed have withdrawl like anything else
Drugs dont make victoms of people.
People make victoms of thier selves when they do to much
drugs and get a mental illness.

Weed gets blamed for all the crack, heroin, and meth addicts in the world. Adults get alcolhol legally, and that makes them drunk and happy and they forget about weed. It is be more legal for 2 guys having sex in a park than 2 guys smokin a j.

Civil disobedience is the only way to fight it right now, although if med mj gets leagalized, then everybody can fake an illness and toke legal.
