I like to measure how much I give each plant so I started thinking and this is what I came up with.....

Pic 1
Materials:
4' of 5/8" ID PVC Braided Tubing
1 - 1/2" Valve
2 - 1/2" MIP Barb Fitting
2 - 3/4" Hose Clamps
1 - 64oz Container
1 - 1' Aquarium Tubing (only in last pic )

Pic 2
I took all the labels off, cut the tubing about six inches from the container lid, inserted the MIP barb fittings into the valve.

Pic 3
Placed the hose clamps over each side of the hose, then inserted each barb fitting into the tubing, tightened the hose clamps.

At this point is where I decided to test it out. Right after opening the valve, the water flowed like it should. Shortly after, the can had to choke and take a breathe, which broke the flow of water. I had to figure a way to get an air gap in the bottle for an even flow. This is where the aquarium tubing came in.

I drilled a hole into the side of the braided tubing to slide the aquarium tubing through. After doing this, the flow was perfect!!!

Final end product.

This is perfect for me because the bottle has measurements on each side which will allow me to track the amount given to each plant.....I hold it upside down with my left arm, left hand on the valve and I hold the spout end with my right......Just thought I'd share:pimp:

After using this for the last couple of days, I found it much easier to use and gauge by removing the secondary hose part and just using the MIP barb as a spout..... Now I just hole it with one had over the plant pot I'm feeding/watering......

Happy Growing!!!!
