Montana is a reciprocal state. In other words, if you are legal in your state, bring your card/recommendation with you on vacation or business and medicate yourself legally here. However, a repeal bill has made it's way through the senate and house. It is heading for Governer Brian Schweitzer's desk Monday/Tuesday. If not vetoed, MMJ will be illegal on July 1st, 2011.
Please call (406)444-3111 and let his office know you want a veto on 161. If they ask where you live, tell them Ca, Wa, Or, or whatever state you are from and point out that you can vacation or conduct business in Montana and buy your pain medicine in Montana.
Please. Help.

Thank you BudLover! We need people from other states calling in so the governor realizes it's not just the 2000 growers who will be put out of business, not just the 28,000 residents who use, but 14 other states users who visit places like Glacier National Park, UofM, Flathead Lake, etc.
