Seedlings laying sideways??

I have 24 seedlings growing for 10 days now from seed, they are under 250 watt seedling light and 4 or 5 of them are laying side ways?? all are about 3 inches and have 2-3 sets of true leaves? Any tips?

you need to have some sort of a "breeze" blowing on them to strengthen their stems.

are they tall enough to lean over the edge of the pot if so do that and theyll perk up in a few days
