I just got the clones and repotted them. They were kinda in shock when i got them but they are coming back. I currently have 16000 lumen of 2700k CFL light on them I will be adding more as time goes. This is only my second grow so I can use any input you may have. The white widow is the one with more branches and the trainwreck is the single branch plant.

The white widow was just begging to be tied down, still deciding whether to top or just LST the trainwreck let me know what you think.

These are my WW and TW in that order(2/2). Both under cfl and tasty. The TW yielded MUCH more than the Widow, but the Widow kicked my ass! Going to definitely have a WhiteRussian mother(AK-47 X White Widow)

Watered them this morning Using Fox Farm Grow Big nutes, The white widow is barely hanging onto life, I dont think there was a good enough root base when they gave it to me, but my fault for rushing to re pot it i still think it will come back. The trainwreck seems to be happy in its new home.

Hey PhatJay its been a while!
Hi2u2, Indeed it has. :)
Awww.... that poor little plant, she doesn't look very happy. Are there any signs of new growth on her? or is she just sinking fast?

There is some sign of new growth but def. slow, I think the car ride home in dark kicked her into flower because she has a few pistils in spots, so I dont no if she is in shock from that and then being under 24hrs light making her go back to veg. I dont want to give up on her just yet but she is def. not happy. Any advice anyone?
PhatJay what should i do to the trainwreck tie it down and LST it or top it, It is taking off and I want to it to get to far ahead of the white widow due to I need to flower them in the same room they are in.

It is normal for clones to show sex, even at this early stage.

I would say LST is your best bit. I would FIM it, but only because I am too lazy to LST and a FIM is quicker to recover than topping. But a FIM is easy to get wrong.

Remember these are clones I just purchased 7 days ago, I have enough cfl light for the two if I could buy a MH and ballast with a HPS for flower I would

Well LST is def. paying off there are many new branches popping up towards the light. This trainwreck is growing faster than i thought it would but i cant complain lol. Every time I look at it there is a change, cant wait to flower it.

Looking good COOLWHIP
Ya might give the LST a go but i am def going to top them bitch,s so with a bit of luck i should be able to get a harvest every two months. Didnt think the white widow would be a nicer smoke then the wreck but then again you cant beat the old school stuff. I know when i harvested my white widow she blue my socks off just hope the train wreck can compare some way.

THANKS COOLWHIP.

As far as I know it shouldn't matter what strain it is to clone as long as the plant is big enough to take cuttings from and needs to be in a healthy vegative state.

Agreed. I'm one of the least experienced around here but, from everything I've been able to study, anything but an autoflowering strain can be cloned. :rastasmoke:

It seems like it has some yellow in spots, I will take a picture out in the sun tomorrow to make sure its not a reflection from the lights

Keep in mind I'm just a noob myself but those tight little leaves and the downward tips suggest a PH issue, perhaps too high. Do you have the means to check your ingoing and outcoming PH levels? Also I'd be thinking about watering amounts - is it too little, too much, a bit of runoff or just right. Heat and air quality consider as well.
Its probably just a little detail that needs tweeking - I'm hoping for you anyways :)

I ran out of PH strips so im sure its that i will get more today or tomorrow, here she is outside in natural light and there is some yellowing so hopefully my water PH is of and will be an easy fix.
When would be a good time to take a few cuttings to try my first clonning job?
