Life has become so fast paced that we donā??t have the time to even stop and think before popping a pill. If we have pain in any part of our body, we take a painkiller for it. We want instant relief from all our aches and pains. But, we do not realize that these allopathic medications are harmful in the long run. It has side-effects that start to show up slowly. It sounds really scary that how we are harming our own bodies. It is time that we stop further damage to our bodies by switching over to herbal medicines. One should always consult the doctor before starting any herbal medicine (http://www.sbmayurcare.com/ ) .
Ayurveda believes in healing the problem from the root rather than just subsidizing it for the time being (as in the case of allopathic medication). For many years, ayurvedic doctors have been discovering the positive and negatives of plants and herbs. They relied greatly on these herbs for the treatment and therapies of many of the health problems. These herbs were used for healing purposes as well.
Most of the herbal medicines are extracted from some or the other part of the plant or herb such as roots, leaves, berries, flowers, seeds and bark. Any kind of disease can be easily treated or prevented with the help of the right herbal medicine. Scientists are also constantly extracting some portion of the herbs and plants to make synthetic medications. There are a number of herbal medicines available in the market to treat different diseases like high blood pressure, diabetes, anxiety, etc.

I'm against modern science and the whole school of thought. It's not holistic enough and they try to look at problem in a box. Try to isolate that problem and cure it not knowing what else you could be doing to the rest of the body. What's wrong with anecdotal evidence? The human race survived thousands if not millions of years before this modern science hoopla, just by observing what was around them and now we're destroying all the progress the ancestors made. At the end of the day pharmaceuticals are all about money and control. The old lady with chronic pain cant synthesize Oxycodone in her basement but she sure can grow/breed a strain thats good for pain. In pharmaceuticals they KNOW that their remedies are very short term and that they cause other problems. Thats the whole point, to keep you dependent on them. We need to take a deeper look at herbs and plants again because we don't know everything we think we know. Another big issue with health is our diet, especially in America. Thats another story though.
