What's the deal with the Canadian Quick Fix?

I remember that before the Forums went off for a couple of days, there was a guy who I believe was named "MetroLabsSuck". I know that there has been some talk that Oregon and possibly Hawaii are not following protocol and testing for things not in Quick Fix 5.7 such as uric acid. The post said (and now I cant find it) that he knew that MetroLabs was testing for this and that he decided to use the Canadian version to bypass this and FAILED. Are there any other updates on the Canadian version failing? I carry around a bottle on me at all times in case I get a random and after reading about Metro Labs, even though I live in Virginia, I decided on the Canadian version just in case. I was worried about other labs catching onto synthetics, then felt better that the Canadian version would solve the problem, now I am back to worrying about synthetics all together. I have mastered the temp issue and thought I was good to go. Anyone else failed using the Canadian version in Oregon or Hawaii? I thought that the Canadian version solved the so called "non-protocols" that these states were doing to catch subbers. The labs are testing for Uric acid so the Canadian version contains a package of Uric acid crystals that you add to the the Quick Fix before you pour your sample in the cup.

I haven't heard of anymore failing stories in Oregon or Hawaii for a while now. The forums have been rather slow since the they made the new changes.

I don't have a clue what you want my opinion on..... I thought I answered that in post #3.

The only thing I see you may be mistaking is that they are talking about Quick Fix Plus. That's not the same as the Canadian version. Plus is a 3 oz bottle compared to the regular QF which is a 2 oz bottle.

I am talking about post #3 on that link. It says:



"Canadian version is no good for Metrolab tests.

I was reading about the issues with the testing facilities in the pacific northwest (Metrolab) and decided to give the Canadian version a shot. Took my test on the 8th and my boss informed me today I failed due to synthetic.

So, if you live in (or near) the pacific northwest i'd steer clear of synthetic substitution and stick with the real deal. Save yourself a headache. "

This person showed no proof of failing and everything they posted is just hear say. Until I see proof(scanned copy of the drug screen) I would take everything they post with a grain of salt. We continue to hear this post after post... Yet no one shows proof of failure. If your that worried about failing then I suggest that you find some powdered human urine for sale(Killerweed posted this in the same thread) or a friends cleans sample to use.
