How goes it everyone, I was just admiring my garden the other day and I thought I share some pictures and a little info. I don't have the camera or time to do a full blown log, but I can at least get some decent bud porn on here and share what I can.

EQUIPMENT
Homemade veg box(2 1/2ftW 5ftL 4ft H)
Sunblaze T5 46
6' 150cfm inline fan for exhaust(passive intake)
Bud room(5ft wide,9ft L, 6'6 ft high)
Lumitech 1k
nextgen 1k
8' 650 cfm vortex fan for exhaust(passive intake)
size 75 carbon filter(big mofo)
wall a/c unit
two regular fans for air movement in bud room
Milwaukee ph600 pen

MEDIUM
Sunshine #4 soil less mix
(mostly peat moss/perlite)
2inch pots(received clones in)
5inch pots(almost 1G)
3Gallon pots
Soil PH = 6.3

NUTRIENTS/FEEDING SCHEDULE
Botanicare(CNS)
Grow
Bloom
Ripe
Liquid Karma
Cal Mag
ph up/down
Bushmaster(new for me)
feeding schedule( CNS17 | Botanicare (http://www.americanagritech.com/fertilizers/cns17) )

I pretty much follow the feeding schedule on the back labels to the T except for bushmaster, I give nutrient water once a week(wednesday) and plain ph'd water(sunday) once a week, I wet the entire medium & get a good amount of run off.

DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GROWS
Well its been pretty much night and day from my 1st grow to this current one. Things have been pretty smooth, veg went well, put them into 36 hours of darkness before turning back the lights. My main problem(but there were others) last grow was I outgrew my room, the plants were 4ft and I grew them to big, I thought because I could control the temp of the canopy I could get the lights as close as I wanted, this was of course untrue and by the time I realized this it was too late...and horror ensued...hermies

BUSHMASTER
So to counter my height issue I picked up some bushmaster and topped the plants 3x in veg...

Now anyone that knows OG knows that this its kind of a lanky stretcher(good choice for a bud room w/ height issues I know) So I used 1/4 tsp of bushmaster for a little over a gallon of water(no nutes) and I hit them with that right after 36 hours of darkness on the first day of flowering...and its worked great so far, my plants were 22-24 inches in Veg(same as last grow) I just started getting bud sites so i know the stretching has stopped, and there only 3ft.
I think the whole thing w/ this product is making sure your plants are tip top(no stress) before applying it, and LESS is better, when i turned the lights on at flower for the first time I cut off "2" leaves, from 2 plants out of the 12... those 2 plants and only those 2 plants had a little nute burn from the bushmaster(2 leaves on each plant burned)...

Alright so Ill put some veg pics up for now, then tonight Ill post the first flowering pics...:hippy:peace:hippy:

-on a side note
I should have hit them with another dose of bush master week 3, one initial dose at the beginning of flower wasn't enough to stop the complete stretch. It was good for the first three weeks but they started to stretch up again, and 2 of the 12 hermied on me, I caught it early so it didn't have time to pollinate the other plants. I cut of three of the infected tips "main cola":( I know this will affect my yield on those two plants but its better then all of them having a mid life gender crisis and they appear to be recovering okay.

So I accidentally deleted about a week worth of pictures from my email and just kind of lost motivation after that, sorry abut that guys, but everything is looking good, two things Ive decided is #1, I'm never topping my plants again,#2 I will only use my T5 fluorescent lights for 2 weeks in Veg instead of 4 like i did this run...there just so much stronger and fatter w/ a little HID in veg(last run I did all 4 weeks w/ HPS in VEG & they were much stronger) the fluorescent is great for power saving, and heat reduction, but its def a starter light IMO.
