Very interesting update. I'm always amazed at the leap in price of a clone. Dispensaries sell them for around $20-25.00, but here LEO has valued them at $1004.00 each. That would make my nine clones worth 9K in someone's mind, but I have no idea how much each plant would or could have produced. Enough to last me a while, but not to service anyone else.

Interesting, very interesting.

Pretty big bust. SO why haven't they busted STeve Sarich's massive grow`?

They also broke the cardinal rule. The money and the plant is never to be in the same place.

They did when he got robbed and shot.. LEO left him with only 15 plants out of over 300 according to the MEDIA yet, the search warrant noted he was within the law after they searched his place and never charged him... think they got his girlfriend though, as all of the provider documents was in her name not his.. scapegoat style. makes ya wonder huh?

WTF are all these people from Washington bringing plants South for? Seems pretty stupid to take things across State lines...JMO Have friends in Oregon and Cali and I can guarentee they don't need our clones.

He has a large warehouse in Issaquah that most of the product gets grown in now. Its just curious that some small places get busted and they don't bust the big guy. I know what I can infer from that but I don't know the facts.

Its all part of the corrupt system of allowing LEO to set the value of these things. They figure a clone will mature and produce a pound of material because thats what the DEA tells them. So its not valued on its todays worth, its valued at what it MIGHT be worth 4 months from now. All part of the bigger lie that LEO is there to be your friend.lol

we're certainly not at a point where interstate is anything anyone in their right mind would consider; but, what i found interesting is the oregon leo who busted him NOTIFIED his residence jurisdiction, and THEY sent out a squad. can't even have privacy OUT OF STATE anymore. we need a "cascadia cannabis zone" so i can go to my yert in the south next winter, and home again here in cascadia next year, without all this.....

the guy was in it for the money. that's why he got busted. cannabis appeal to the greed in some.
love,

Its a sticky thing. Intent I hope is a key element in my instance. I'll just wait and let the legal eagles flesh it out at ring-side.

X your each LEO # by 3... thats the actual sum of the above equation.:D

That's triple for each clone. Something HIGHLY interesting.

Sure makes one wonder what going on under the hood of democracy.:wtf:

9k is no small potatoes either, in someone' mind... but x 3, well that takes on a different angle in other's minds. ;)

Oh really? Can we talk about this ? I like the name, it has zing to it... now HOW to implement it ?...

I know that our government has this zone in place. just not in the same conducive manner in which you speak.. Hence, without all this..

I would like to go visit my grandson south also... kinda hard though when I can't bring my medicine that helps me eat food.. without one, I am without the other.. :(

We are further than we've ever been to getting there! By the time the rest of the states planning this type of thing get theirs on the ballot, we should be close to all of us being able to travel at least the west coast safely and without fear.
I too, need it to eat, also for pain and other issues. It's difficult with family in another state, one gets to feeling like a prisoner in some ways. Soon we should have that changed, and by soon, I do mean we have waited this many years, it might take two years or so to be able to travel safely, but it is on the horizon!
We cannot lose our grasp this year. We WILL succeed!
YAY for all of us!
YES on I-1135!

That would not even make the news in my area. In my area they won't even come out of their choppers for 100 plants. They normally find grows of 1000 to 30000 plants. They also killed 3 folks last year who were stupid enough to believe they should challenge law enforcement to protect their plants. Our county has led the state four years running in marijuana busted. These are just the folks who are on government lands planting illegally.

I know a couple of people with 250 and 400 plants respectively who have had the sheriff come to their grows and just tell them to call if there is an issue and not to take the law into their own hands. They were both crapping when the sheriff appeard but harvested in peace.
