when do i wait to plant germinated seeds?? when they barely crack open or when they have the tail or when the seed pops off.. and then how deep do i plant. and does any body have any pointers on planting seeds directly in the gound or pot. mine never pop up.

ah well i always put mine into soil when the lile white taproot is about a 1cm out of the seed hull umm and id say only plant it no deeper than half a inch in the soil.

oh and id plant them in small cups or pots for the first 3 -4 weeks depending on the size of the cups/pots

it's easy,....when they crack open in the dish(the best way)a 1 cm tail is good, take you a wooden skewer, same diameter as the seed.....put the pointed end in the soil 1/2 inch....take out.....put the seed in said hole,GENTLY...tail down...DO NOT TAP IN....let it fall into this hole...i like my seed top to be level with the top of the soil....cover this with a clear cover...i use a shot glass...when the seedling reaches the top(bottom)of the glass...remove and grow to your liking....
