Well after 14 days of no sprouting in my aerogarden for the seeds, i looked at them pulled hte out, and they didnt even germinate, both seeds have a tiny white sweeling line going on (the root seems to want to come out) but it never did, so i put the seeds back into the aerogarden but this time not into the pod like i did 14 days ago, now its sitting more to the top... hopefully now they will germinate since 14 days they havent!
Is it possible to still grow even tho the seeds havent split in 14 days? can i still germinate them or did i mess the seeds up? are they alive? they look healthy.

When using an AG the best way to go is to crack your beans with the paper towel method. Then, after they have cracked, you take the AG grow pod and slice it like a hot dog bun, just on one side. Take the cracked bean and gently put it with the root down inside the grow pod with the head of the seed on the top of the grow pod.
If you do it correctly, in a week you'll be freaking out at how much progress your little seedling has made. I wish you the best of luck in your AG grow. :)

Thanks for the tip. Yeah after 14 days my seeds have not split, the white root seems to want to come out but i guess it wasnt done right.
So i took the seeds out of the grow pods, and put them on top of the grow pod today so they can crack and germinate, than i will do what you said after they crack finally I will put the root into the podf by cutting liek a hot dog bun on the AG pod.
Hopefully the seeds will germinate now that there on top.
Ps ( i kept the same seeds... i didnt use new ones, im using the same ones that didnt germinate for 14 days... they l;ook still viable)

if they arent in your way, and youmre not working in time constraints, i would leave them for at least another week. but of course, if you are in a hurry, i would start with new seeds, becuz bwd could be right and those seeds might not be viable.

I have no time constraints, so i will take ur advice and leave them in for another week and see if it sprouts, if not starting over.

I've only used the wet paper towel method but have had success each and every time. Just a matter of preference. The longest it has ever taken was 11 days because I did not have them in a warm enough environment.

The advice I gave is only for AFTER your beans show at least a 1/4 inch of root. Don't think I made that clear enough but with the paper towel method you can achieve that in 24-48 hours if keep in a dark, warm and moist environment. (like between two plates inverted on each other)

Yeah I know, i wont do that until the roots are out. I just laid the two seeds in the grow pods on the top, that way they can germinate hopefully this time.... and than i will do the advice about cutting the grow pods in half like a hot dog bun. I wont do that now.

If you have them on top of the grow pods you have them exposed to light. This is not what you want to try to germinate them. You want a dark, warm moist environment. Moist paper towel method ... two inverted plates ... dark environment such as your closet, or on top of your fridge.
If they don't sprout in 3 to 4 days with this method, I would scrap those beans and start fresh with the paper towel method and new beans. That is what I would do if it were myself.
