Well this homemade pc grow box with 2 computer fan and 1 bulb (?vatts) i just want to known is this good/bad for growing weed and please give me Suggestion

Ditch your internal power supply, cut out the Hard Drive brackets, get as much space as possible in there.

You need some airflow, too. Get a couple of 120mm fans, front and back.

I don't think I'd suggest growing in that. not enough room, oxygen, light, etc etc.. and is there a plant in there already trying to grow?
