I am 5 weeks into 12/12 my my high is 81 degrees and that is minutes after lights come on- a spike in transition of heater going off and lights building heat- rest of day 77 -78 high - night temps are 66-67 degrees when should I raise my DIF and what is the night low I should strive for ?

BWD what I'm asking is- dif means difference in day night temps- I read somewhere that increasing the dif by lowering night temp it mimics fall cool nights and helps speed up maturing

My screen name is where I live- on a mountain with a valley on each side with higher mountains on the other side - my little mountain, I have bear, fox, turkey in my yard often, 2 years back I had a bear getting into my patch- I know where a bear shits for sure. hoping my health improves so I can pick wild edible mushrooms in a few weeks- I am in the woods for sure and love it !

Hope you don't mind if I hitch a ride on your thread to see what happens with your temps in the end. :)

It's all fine and dandy if DP is the one who "gets me", as long as there isn't any leo's who do. :stoned:

I try and keep the temps as close to 78 degrees, (at the canopy) as I can. Lights on - lights off. I try not to go below 70 degrees.
