Ok, this is my first grow attempt and all is good except I found a male in my grow chamber. I didn't realize it was male for a week or more. Have my female been pollinated and will they go to seed after been in the grow chamber with a male for that amount of time. Right now I'm a week or two out from harvesting and my buds look sparse and skinny. I want to let the plants stay in the chamber a few more weeks but don't want them to seed. How can I tell?

Some one with more knowledge on thisin here topic be helpin yual out I hope but til they get here be doin the best I know how. If yual say yur like 2 weeks to yur harvest time be thinkin the deed be done and the male sacks be lettin go. I would gently cover the male plant with a plastic bag dont agitate it to much and yank it outa there. If yu have a fan blowin around and the pollen has be let go be thinkin yur females are usein energy for seed production as well as budd thus maybe cause i dont know fur sure is why yur budds dont seem all that dence. But hold on for some other pilgrems with greater knowlege in breadin and stuff be along the train soon i reckon. Hope yual make out fine and ifin yual got seed well yual can still smoke it just be needin exstra work topull the see fur ya do.

I would evict him from the room immediately. take him to another room and inspect the soil closely for pollen. Then I Would slowly strip him bare looking for any popped pollen sacks and imagine his scream for his crime of trespass.lol
By close inspection is the only way to know ad then you may miss something.:hippy:

HEY, you can't blame anyone for wanting to "get lucky", :S2: which is what he wants basically.
I agree with getting him out of there ASAP, but if you have matured sacks of pollen, you should perhaps preserve some of those for future breeding endeavors? Oh, and if you want to be sure to rid most of the mature pollen that reached your ladies, I recommend watering those leaves/bud sites down. Washing them clean of any stray pollen. This is what I would do if avoiding seedage and looking forward to bud only.
Best of luck with your grow.
