these are just a day or two past weeks. i put in two halves of a feed stick in there. about 60 watts of cfl lighting 3-4 inches away. closet. temp maybe 69 degrees. watter with turkey baster thing everyday. decent soil mix range of light 12-16 hours a day. Is this slow growing because it doesnt seem to be growing very fast.

Yual need to make a few changes my pilgrem friend.
First yual need more light ifin yu can the more the merrier
Second yu need yur temps up to high 70s for best growth
Dont water every day only when soil becomes dry and pot feels light
Yu be needin to up yur hours of light to at least 18 hours I like it at
Yu do these things and hold on to yur hat oh and dont use feedin sticks can cause hot spots or over nute to small seedlins
Good luck hope yual do well

I'm not sure what you mean by that... but there could be a few reasons why (if I understand correctly they are over two weeks old..) they are small.
-IMHO I would not give them any nutes until at least 4 weeks old.
-I think you could get your temp up to about 74/75 but right now your temp is NOT bad... just the recommended temps (to what I'v read is 74/75)
-You only have 60w light for that one plant?... (I would recommend at least 150W for one)...since you have such a low amount of Watts on the plant that may be a reason for slower growth..
-The leaves are also a big "clawed" or droopy looking (which is a sign of overwatering... ) try watering less. *it will take a while before you get down the right amount/time to water*
*The better the grow conditions the better/fast/bigger/tastier etc your grow will be
..but remember the pictures you see online when you buy your seeds... are probably nothing close to what your going to get. Don't forget IT IS YOUR FIRST TIME AFTER ALL:)
Good luck and keep us posted on how it's going.

^^Also just notice that it looks like you have tin foil under it? Tin foil is not that great. I would suggest you get some type of cardboard and paint it flat white =)

no need to be sorry mate. I LOVE helping out anytime I can :)
and BackWoodDrifter - Thanks mate
Oh and you said you doubled your wattage.. so from 60w to 120w?
If your okay with getting even more(don't mind spending) you can feel free to go up to 180w or even 240w. It'll reflect your final product  If cost however is an issue i think you are fine with 120w for now. Good Luck:jointsmile:

not gonna put up another picture yet but the plant seems to be growing slowly yet. and turning yellowish. Is there any reason for the yellowish tint in the leaves? If so....how do i fix it?

The "Feed stick" burned the roots? :wtf:
PH is off?
That's what comes to mind first and foremost.
Get a way to test your PH, (Aquarium dropper test is fine for now) And make sure your inbound water is at 6.0-6.5 (betting it's not at the moment ;) )
FLUSH all that "Feed Stick" out of the soil, if there's any solid pieces left get em out!
Like Poker2 already said, it's too early in the game to be giving additional nutes!
P.S. "Flush" means to rinse the soil of excess nutrients and salts. This is done by running 2-3x the pot volume (size) in fresh properly PH'd water thru the soil (Example, if it's a 1 gallon pot,.... water it slowly with 3 gallons of water)
Then later in the game you will flush the plant! ;) But that's for later, it's gotta survive being a seedling first before you worry about that! :stoned:

btw. i use reverse osmosis water just in case that helps. but the problem might have been under watering cause i poured 3/4 of a tall glass of water and left the lights on for 24 hrs and the leaves perched up and more leaves are growing.

TBH my friend, it sounds like you have a symptom of obsession. I would just back off on all these nutrients you are trying to give the poor baby and just use good old fashioned water. Plants should not be altered by nutrients like your using until at least 3 weeks into Veg.
So water regularly, 18/6 for your lights, and for the love of green stuff don't let light in on it when you do your 6 hours off.

U have to excuse me. I'm a real impatient bastard and if my plants start off bad I just start over. I've wasted too much time before trying to revive shit that didn't make it. Now not all of that was cannabis. And cannabis can be a very resilient plant.
