Sucks! This guy was hoping over a 100 ppl and is getting screwed. I have heard he was very compassionate. Giving out MM to those who needed it , regardless of finances. I hope he beats the charges , but Im doubtful.

I can't believe he applied for a cc.The application fee could have been used towards his leagal fees. Then again maybe his council will use this to show his eagerness to help the ill, which may be enough to sway the jury or judge.IDK I 'm not sure if federal law carries mandatory sentences or if they are able to reduce the time to serve.
I don't think he'd be approved to open an A&W let alone a CC.Nice to see ya back caregiversri.......Later Bro

Sucks,BUT he was over his limits right?.Dont go over then you have a case IF they come a knocking.180 plus plants is no were near the allowed 24 for a 2 patient caregiver.Even if his wife was waiting on her 2 cards still over. That does suck.

I believe there was more to the story. Maybe he had rented space to other patients to grow there or was helping them grow their own? Still not to bright going over the magic 99 number! I wonder if the CC's will keep their counts under 99 plants? If I ran a CC, I would have huge plants grown in RDWC or 30 gallon soilless or coco , no more then 40 flowering and the other 50 for veg.

Why is taxpayer money being used (West Warwick Nacrotics police ) to enforce a federal law that is clearly within state sovereignty? This police cheif needs to be voted out, he is not protecting the interests of the residents in his section. He is illegally using state man power to assist arrests of state citizens... Does the RI constitution mean anything to those in power? DISGUSTING!

I guess West Warwick's Narcotics squad has eliminated dangerous drugs like cocaine and heroin from the great streets of W. Warwick!
How else can they justify arresting someone that, by all accounts, was only trying to help those in need.
The W. Warwick cops should be ashamed of themselves!

Am I the only one who pictures Father Guido Sarducci every time someone refers to the "Pot Pastor?"
I mean no disrespect to either men of the cloth, but it is very difficult to suspend irony...let alone disbelief.

I don't think this guy was helpin 100 patients out, if so, it kinda violates the RI MM rules... He tell's people he's helping over 100 patients but charged everyone I knew $10 a gram, even those who were diabled so I doubt his claims.
I actually met him, he was kinda my first CG.... There is no way he is a legitimate Pastor, he does not preach, he has no weekly services, he cusses more than a drunk truck driver.... He doesn't even know the bible that well.
I belive he got his certification for a couple bucks off the internet, no essay, disrotation or interview to get certified really. Anyone can become a pastore for $30 nowadays... I stopped going to him when he hit me up for a $100K investment with 35% roi. I may look, sound and give the impression that I have money, but my path is one of humble humility. Really puts me off when people think that I'm made of $$$$ just because.
Rumor has it, he was RIPAC's lap dog for a while, had a few partners, got greedy and started branching out on his own.... Apparently, from what I was told, RIPAC and his partners didn't like it one bit and dropped the dime on him.
The one thing I do agree with that Nazi NYCWhatever, RIPAC has lost its way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The very applicants Joanne recommended were the ones who charged the most, offered way to many services outside of getting me my MM (Med's Only Please) and their numbers were clearly fabricated...
Ironically, unbeknownst to NYCWhatever.... One of the applicants, "Hope Apothocary" was offering meds to those on disability and low income patients for $50 and below an oz in years 2 and beyond. My finding will be posted after this weekend, as always, don't take my word for it! Read them yourselves. Just skip all the crap and goto how the answered the questions, the Bus. Plans and financial's....:hippy:
One look and you will see that only to applicants had believable numbers and showed they can operate within a budget and run a business....

He wasn't trying to fund his church, his church was where he grew the med's...lol
If anyone here besides me met the guy, he was not pastor. My wife almost shat herself after I met with him in a Home Depot parking lot to get some samples of his med's and talk about his program. He swore like a drunken sailor, talked way to much about his problems to a complete stranger (granted, I have a tenancy to make people feel very comfortable with me) and appeared to be anything but a Pastor. Ironically, he was already running a dispensary. His meds were top quality though but his prices were nothing spectacular at $10 a gram.
