I'm curious if u think this arrangement is fair for a partnership..

You

Own the home and pay the mortgage, about 1500 per month

You pay half of the pge and nothing else

Your Partner

Pays half the pge and all other supplies, and they have all the knowledge because you know nothing and couldn't grow without them

Profit is split 50/50

Do u think this is fair to both parties?? Thanks for your feedback :)

From my experience, in one of these partnerships, it's next to impossible to keep both parties happy. Someone always comes out with a sour taste over some imbalance of power, money, buds, or whatever. If you do come to an agreement that seems to satisfy both ends, keep it. I haven't seen many that end really well.

make it logical, break it down by $$$ , figure out a base pay for both, then a schedule.throw rent, materials ,bills into a pot, then cover it and square up after harvest! Everybody has a strange sense of worth!!

i have a partnership similar to that one.. the way we do it is

House-
the guy pays for his house and his pge..
we split all the materials and the chemicals..

payment-
after harvest we take all the product and move it all together neither of us take any until product is sold. we then figure out the costs of everything.. clones,nuts,pge,rent,trimmers.. and misc... we then take that amount right off the top so everything is paid for throughout the crop.. we pull aside enough to cover the nuts and clones and materials in next crop off too and then split 50/50... he pretty much gets free house payments, and i got free place to grow. works out good for us.
