hi me and a friend bought some northern lights and found about 3 seeds in it....however only one is growable ( other 2 were broken)

hes planing on growing it but would need me to dry it ( his fear of the smell getting to his parents)

whats the basics of growing a plant how long will it take intill we can harvest and how do you know when to harvest?

also how much should we expect to get out of the plant and whats the best way i can dry a large amount ( not to obviously i.e i need to hide it) and how long will this take to dry?

alot of questions but im new to this lol

thanks in advance

id suggest doing some reading till your eyes bleed before you start anything.
getting to the drying bit is an accomplishment in itself.
so start from the begining and work your way up:thumbsup:
keep your seed in a dark cool place theres your 1st tip

Here is what you want to read about. Don't think about it... DO IT!...if you want success of course!

1.What type of soil you will be growing in?
2.Learn to transplant + have different size pots
3.LIGHTING!
4.Nutrients?
5.A good "Clean" supply of water
6.FRESH air would do good!

umm not sure what I missed.... but that's a start...
and like cturner1984 said READ!!

Good luck!
:hippy::jointsmile:

Oh and don't even both worrying about harvesting yet. Get there first
..read about it though

Dude, DO NOT grow in some buddies parents house without their knowledge...that is very wrong. Are you sure your old enough to be at this adults only site? FYI, It starts smelling pretty strong at about 3 or 4 weeks into flower (should that one shot turn out to be female and you get that far without getting busted) and that gives you about a month and a half to try and hide a stink that will stink up a house easy from two parents? LOL! Good luck with that...wait until you grow up and can risk loosing your own place, don't screw up someone else's.
