hi guys im starting a grow log today.

im not usuing any expenisive equipment apart from my light being the priciest.
seeds were free.
the rest i bargain hunted.

i germ'd 4 feminized seeds aprx.40 hours ago consisting off.
1x blue widow
3x northern lights x silver haze x kaya gold.

grow tent 60x60x140
600w hps son t bulb i plan on usuing this from now until harvest
humidifier
clip on fan(for light)
oscilating fan for air movement
intake is a fan blowing through the bottom vents
outtake i have ducting but have made fan movement upwards so it vents out the ducting works very well.

right so heres the 1st pictures...
the blue widow is the one in the smallest black pot.

hi everyone one well heres my next update,its only some pictures to show progress in growth over the last 4 days....
i will be changing pots in a week or so id say..and ive also decided to use AIR POTs for my last re-pot in my grow so will be giving detailed infomation as to how good or bad they are.

at the moment all is well ph is 6.2 temps are 28c lights on 19c lights off.
no nutrients have been given as its in the soil already and i dont plan on feeding untill i flower these in 15 days making my veg time 20 days if growth stays like this,as i have another 2 big haze plants ready to flower with this as the air pot test....


pics taken lights off.will be watering tonight with a ph'd water of 7.8 usuing liquid silicone.
last pic is plant to be flowered with these.

any opinions or question feel free.....

1x blue widow
3x indicas (nlxhazexkaya gold)

**2 bigger plants werent intended for this grow but they are now**(nlxhaze)
ive got a indica thing going on here lol these 2 plants are 1 month old from seed.

so im a week into this grow log and you can see the progress/stages....do you think growths fast enough?
do they look healthy?

i no the blue widow looks abit twisted but this is probably because of the compost(westlands with added john innes)?

ive started on a budget here,but once it comes to the flowering stage im stepping it up as ive ended up with 7 plants to flower.
so ive ordered a bigger tent (1.2 1.2 2m)1000hps sont t bulb,carbon filters and ruk fans.im exited :D

2 bigger plants are being fed cana A and cana B quarter strength plus every 7 days some big buds nutes 1 tea spoon per 500ml
ph going in is 7.2 coming out 6.2 6.5 (stood tap water)
soil test comes back as green which indicates neutral my last test was very low in the 5s so i think im improving my skills.

new equipment came today so im going to be flowering my 3 biggest plants.

tents big enough for all 7 of my babys now..other plants im vegging for another 15 days;)

ruck intake fan with carbon filter
new diamond reflector and 1000w hps son t bulb

had a nightmare with the tent it wouldnt fit in my attic room due to the curved roof:mad:the tents huge!!!
so ive had to use the spare room in my house for this grow until i get a smaller tent silly mistake :D

lets just hope these flower without anymore hassle my hairs falling out with stress!!!

have i installed my filter and fan correctly as i had no instructions?
also i dont have an intake the tents just in a small room will this be ok?
i have a fan in the tent though

is there anybody out there to help me with this as ive posted a few times with no intrest?
shall i carry on or just quit my log?

the smallest one on the right was my test plant hence the stumpy growth also the other to suffered from ph problems at the start of there life im hoping for some good bud of them though.......but i learnt from my mistakes and in my other tent i have blue widow,northern lights,haze and kaya gold all looking sweet the widows 5inches and on its 3rd node already.all 10 days old vegging for 20-25 then into the big tent with these

appreciated camo,the blue widows in pic 5 shes the biggest already.slight discoloured bottom leaves but its from the soil with added nutes i guess as i had it on most of my plants.

i plan on doing a full grow log as i need all the help i can get from you peeps out there.
o and id just though id let yas now that my good freind who breeds has some G-13 and purple haze clones for me to pick up but only if i prove i can grow and get to the end of this !

the smallest plant seems to be staying small,but is producing pre-flowers.
it has been my testplant and has been stunted but you never no with these slower growers it could turn out good so its staying till the end.

pics were taken 2 hours after lights on.
if my pics arent up to scratch any tips on how to improve them?

they smell so sweet and peppery:D

heres a few pics on my other plants vegging.2 weeks old
these plants are in a small tent with a 400w hps

i re-potted last night into big air pots for there final home.
the airpots are brilliant the speed of growth is easily noticable so :thumbsup:

as you can see the BLUE WIDOW (biggest) is coming on very nicley she has a light blue stem:thumbsup:and stinks already.

the other indicas are comeing on nicely to....
nlxsilver haze and kaya gold
i plucked the yellowing leaves on 3 of these and they seem to off liked it and are focusing on growth instead of keeping the tatty yellow leaves that discoloured due to the compost with slow nutes.

i will definetley be cloning this widow i may even mother it as its growing amazingly,what a super plant so far shes beautifull.

anyway heres the pics to show my progress.

the plants that suffered the cock up on the light schedule seemed real droopy today:(
wether thats the problem i dont no?
but they were also due watering and they do seem to have perked up from before as they looked life less.(droopy leaves and stems)

so lets see what happens..........

all my plants are in flowering now due to my 400w hps veg tent light deciding to break:( so ive had to flower them earlly at 18 days old

im feeding them every water with bio bizz bloom.as stated on the back of the bottle.

You can put them 12/12 even from seedlings. No problem. Effects on yield only.

Grow logs tend to be pretty quiet,..... Things look good here. I'm along for the ride ;)

If they're all girls I'd wager about .5 oz dry each Blue Widow looks nice and healthy! I've gotta try that cross some day. :jointsmile:

right so its 7 days into flowering,the plant thats been the strongest and fastest grower has started to show its sex :) nlxhaze

they have developed a pattern and tell me when then want feeding by drooping;) which is every 3 days,then once watered perk right back up.

im wondering weather i should try to water and catch them before they droop
because if this causes stress they'l hermie right?

pic 3 is the blue widow shes growing so good,and all the others have sized up too,which is nice to see considering they have to go into flowering so earlly.
loads of bud sites developing....................

the 2 big plants have so much space at the top im hoping it will fill with a nice big cola.

today after abit of research i decided to tuk all the big fan leaves in to get more light to the bud spots on the 2 oldest plants,as cutting them at this stage is a big no no unless there yellow and are going to drop of there selves anyway.

each plant has around 10 bud sites which is good for its size really,plus loads of tight nodes inbetween all the branches.:thumbsup:
and i can see flickers of thc forming on the leaves.

i also confirmed 4 out of 7 females so far the rest are yet to show there sex:cool:

is this a hermie or was it making a seed?
the plant does have female pistols?

Cloning a known hermi isn't such a good idea, but if you are looking for pollen..... well I did actually clone a male plant for just such a purpose ;)

i forget to take a pic but it was like a small grape once picked of.came of easily and were the pod was there was like a little leaf there that held the thing in??,and yes that was my idea to make pollen and try to make fem seeds to save money:thumbsup:

heres a little update,i no its been a while but ive been doing well (touch wood) and thought id come back when it looks abit more entertaining!!!

i was also abit warey about posting logs as i read some strange things but now use a completley diffrent location to were my ip adress is :):thumbsup:

well im 31 days into flowering the plants that i had to flower earlly are huge and now coming on well budding niceley.flowering time for these plants are 50-60 days.
watering every 2 days and im usuing bio bizz half strength nutes and im adding pure honey to the mix they seem to love it,also feeding every water.

the blue widow is coming along nicely,it just grows so fast,i gave the bud a lil rub to get some smell and boy.....it was heaveny so fruity and sweet!!!

been watchin ur grow...(bummer about your light deciding to commit suicide),i wouldn't suggest running out and buying spare bulbs,(good idea though)but i would suggest having a secondary plan in case something like this happens again.....(i'm waitin for a power outage,so i can fire up my generator,and piss off the neighbors:thumbsup:)your grow looked good,very acceptable for first attempt,but next time you might want to try LST,SCROG,SoG,for yield increase(i tie mine up like spiderman)(and i have NO problem cutting off a shade leaf blocking a cluster).....get that second grow goin...lets see what ya learned...

Lookin good! Your pics are good... keep them coming! :) I just wanted to comment on that peppery smell. My white widow had that too and it was intoxicating. Enjoy it... now its going to change. The next two to three weeks you are going to see her get a lot bigger and her fragrance will become sweeter and more flower like. I have found that I like to sit in my flower tent for long periods of time enjoying that smell. This may be the first signs of an obsession. I have my eyes peeled for any further clues that I may have a problem.

yea i was gutted when my light knackered up i did have spare bulbs but it was the whole unit and i couldnt afford another :(
scrog is what im looking into and im well prepared for my next one....
maxibright t5 4x100w tubes plus spares for veg
600w hps plus spares for flower etc
im doing nirvana snow white white next in my new dr90 tent

and ill be vegging alot longer next time maybe 25-30days

im hoping for around 4-5 ounces from these babies my 2 that didnt suffer seem big and have good colas coming with over 16 bud sites all looking sexy!!!!

ive just bought a proper microscope to look at the trichomes,there clear but there are milky ones forming on the 2 biggest plants(front of tent)

i just check the tops of the buds and as soon as i see an amber i cut down right?
any help on this part please? :confused: i no i could read up on this but i dont have time and theres to many answers so just a reply will do to this

started flushing the 2 biggest plants now using a ph'd water of 6.5 i add a litre to each plant and leave it to drip through,i plan on doing this every 2 days for 2 weeks or untill the water runs clear,then ill check the trichs and see if theres any ambers.
is this the right way to fush out nutes?

Nice looking lady's. As long as its dark,and air is moving your plan for drying should be fine. Just don't force air directly on them.

ive now devised another method lol a big cardboard box with holes in and string across the top,i plan on hanging the buds in there lid closed with a fan moving across the holes and turning the box daily?does this sound better? and thanks for the reply

flushed again today the run off is looking much clearer,also the trich are around 50% milky so im getting there,only problem is my ph pen decided to BREAK today great!!! should have another in 3-4 days..........

harvested 2 plants today,noticed a few amber trichs there now hanging all trimmed in a cardboard box :) the buds were huge and the main cola was 4inches thick and 8 inches long and super sticky buds due to the honey i added and they just shimmer with crystals.... the smell is immense so potent and intense,i also rolled a blunt and damn the smoke was so smooth and the high well what can i say pure perfection for a indica very uplifting yet controlling and once it wears of you get the couch lock lol best of both worlds.it tastes really sweet and smells like some sort of exotic fruit its hard to describe.
NORTHERN LIGHTS X HAZE I LOVE YOU HAHA roll on the blue widow in 2 weeks nom nom this shit looks insane in the mo fuckin membrane.....peace ppl
