Hi all long time reader, short time test worrier!!!!!

I have a test with work this week, will have not smoked for 9 days.

I have been taking home tests daily, around the same time as the test will be. These have been coming back with a negative line, although it is very very faint. I think the test is going to be pretty intensive as they have said they will be taking blood and the samples will be sent to a lab. The test is also a offshore medical, so i think the blood samples will not be drugs tested more for diabetes.

Anyway even though I have been passing the home test, just. I think i am going to dilute too. My question is i understand i have to load up on creatine and dilution shouldn,t affect the ph. With specific gravity will the dilution not affect this? and is there any way to get the specific gravity back to normal? also am i right that i don,t need to worry about the ph?

thanks and peace out

Only creatinine and SG is checked to determine an overly-diluted sample.
pH is checked to determine adulteration. Therefore, you dont need to worry about pH unless you have plans of spiking your sample with a drop-in additive or some other adulterant.

When doing dilution techniques, you can use Gatorade in place of the water to help keep the SG within check.

also do i need to drink more volume as i am using powerade instead of water? Nope. Follow the steps outlined in the O/P of this thread (skip the aspirin step though): http://boards.cannabis.com/drug-testing/1147-dilution-tips-tricks-guidelines.html

i did a dry run today and tested myself throughout. The home tests came up a pass, but the line was still faint compard to the control line (though a lot darker than i had been getting before). Hopefully this will be ok I will post my results after the test.
