Hello,

My name is Chris, and I am new to this forum. So, hello. Hemp is a product that I am passionate about. It has the power to change this world. I mean, some of the first drafts of the constitution were written on hemp. You could make the same amount of paper with 4 acres of cut trees, as you could with hemp using 1 acre (Ya...think of all those trees we could have saved). I mean, my people why aren't we standing up for this plant? It was rightfully ours and the G%$#*n@#nt banned it from us. They burned it. They criminilazed it.

SIGN THE PETITION!
http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/hemp-justice/

This act would amend the Controlled Substances Act to exclude industrial hemp from the definition of marijuana, and it would give states power to determine, and regulate the growth of industrial hemp.

The Industrial Hemp Farming Act will relieve the unique restriction on American farmers and allow them to grow industrial hemp in accord with state law. Eight States including --Hawaii, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Montana, North Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia--allow industrial hemp production or research in accord with state laws.

??WHAT??Because of current federal law, all hemp included in products sold in the United States must be imported instead of being grown by American farmers.??WHAT??

If this peaks your interest, SIGN THE PETITION!! We can take control of our financial destinies instead of letting the govt. getaway with all our money.

If you have any questions please dont hesitate to shoot me a mail or skype me.

Thanks!

That's the same exact thing I've been preaching to people around here. It makes no sense. I've recently read Jack Herer's book and in there,Chapter 2 | JackHerer.com (http://www.jackherer.com/thebook/chapter-two/), there is a part about how he is talking to he highest ranking officer in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (who was in charge of reversing the Greenhouse Effect), at the USDA world research facility in Beltsville, Maryland, and he basically outlines how growing marijuana can save the world, literally, and even though the man agrees, nothing is done because we can't use something that is "illegal". Nice play on words. If you ever read anything in your life, read his book, "The Emperor Wears No Clothes". You won't be able to stop reading it, oh, and it's free on his site. But no to jack your thread, good luck on waking these people up. Like you said, hemp is woven into our past. Why not use it for cleaning the air we breath, fuel, textiles, ropes, oils, rubbers, plastics, lumber, medicine, religion, etc. etc. I just don't understand how so many people can be so blind.
