Hello everyone this is my first grow, I just received my seeds from attitude seed bank. I got ak 47 x bubble gum from pyramid seeds, also got Super Skunk from Sensi seeds, and received free UFO Skunk #11 seed. I will be growing in a hydro dwc system and these are my light set up. I will use 4, 65watt cfl's and one 12 inch 75 watt fluorescent tube. Are these lights going to be sufficient for growing at least two plants?
Let me know what u guys think:smokin:

Those lights will get you started but those seeds deserve the best...you'll need a lot more light to flower them correctly. They will do for seedlings and slow veggin tho.

^^^ The mans Definitely right, i started my seeds on Fluro's there cheap and great for germ and veg stages but for flowering you might wanna drop some cash and get Metal Halide or High Pressure Sodium Lamp (HPS) i'm relatively new to growing as well so i'm not sure where you can get those (probably a local hardware store, or hyrdo shop?) sorry if any of this info is wrong. :rastasmoke:

Hey thanks guys for the advice, I also spoke with dew from my local hydro shop and he said I will be good with cfl's for ger and veg, but I will need some hps or mh light system for flower otherwise my yield would suck. I'm on a really tight budget so I was thinking of purchasing a 150watt hps with ballast for $80 on amazon.
Do you guys think that 150watt will be good for atleast 2 plants or would I need more watts?
Thanks for the feedback

Again i'm pretty new to all this myself but 150watts should do that Job. Just make sure they get enough light to the lower buds, read a ton of threads on tht and definitely something to keep in mind.
Good Luck Man:thumbsup:

While that's a pretty good price on a 150w, I would go for a 250w for two plants...100w of quality light per plant would be better than 75 imo if you can swing it financially, but you have a little time while they veg, so save up! A 150w will do, but if that's all you can afford, go with an HPS, not a MH! You'll be using it mainly for flowering and an HPS is better at that than a MH.

Thanks for all the feedback guys, Im gonna stick with 4 x 26 watt cfls 6500k for veg stage, 52 watts per plant, Ill maybe add one more n make it 78 watts per plant during veg. And for flowering might just stick with 150 hps n a couple 2700k cfls on the side. My girls are currently in a dome, with an 18/6 light schedule. They have been in the dome for 3days now. I I will add more pics once I set them up in the dwc system.

This is how they are currently looking, my Wembley is doing outstanding growing real fast, my Skunk #11 is not doing so well, I planted the seed with root up instead and I realized when I saw the small sprout inside the rock wool, I turned it up side down myself, not sure if it was damaged or stunt by that but Im hoping it bounces back n starts growing like my Wembley.
Not sure if I should have them outside the dome or inside, I took them out bc I heard you r suppose to as soon as you can see the first pair of leaves. ???
Comments are highly appreciated:jointsmile:
