its true in a sense, because it speeds up your metabolism, buring fat quicker, meaning getting the weed out of your system faster. you should stop taking it 3 or 4 days before your test becuase when you burn the fat storing the weed, it sends the thc into your piss making your levels even higher until you pee it out.
