1 question, would 400w SOD enough to flower 4 plants and would normal tenfoil be allright for the walls?

that would be plenty of light but as for tin foil that is a very bad idea. it will cause hot spots. worse reflections you can get too. Mylar would be best but i even found some knock off at the local flower shop. If you look around you could get some pretty cheap stuff.

thanking you sir, yeah made some fast research and your right, tenfoil is a BAD IDEA..so i googled mylar up and i found this
55in x 25ft x 3mil Only $49.99.that was the first page so im quit sure i can get it cheaper as well..but does that have do be perfectly straight when butting do wall or it can go on any surface and any angle?

Flat white paint is nearly as good. The efficiency gain of Mylar or other reflective product really isn't worth the dosh. Further, with that stuff tacked up to your wall you risk growing mold or providing a home for pests between the wall and the product. Just use paint and be done with it.

If you don't want to paint. Get some black & white poly. (Here it is called panda film) It's way cheaper than mylar.
It comes in a ten foot wide roll, and here it costs $1.00 a foot. (Ten square feet for a buck.)
Ask for it when you go to that grow shop you just found.

Another option is reflectixs (an insulated reflector foil made to back a heating element such as a radiator) which can be found at most home improvement stores. It is actually better than Mylar or panda film and more durable but again, you have to consider the costs + the increased risk of mold & pests. You will only gain a few lumens over flat white paint.

sry man i dont get you.i made some research in google as well(just to check the facts) and it came up everywhere.use matt paint..but i have both at home.matt and extra matt.
i just finished painting the room there few min ago with normal matt but it will need at least another 2 coats and some filler..

It is all about priorities. Don't neglect the GF... otherwise your grow room will suffer in the long term. Count on it.
EDIT: Wait. Did you say "so i have to stuff her as well"..." ?! Nice. Very nice. Enjoy.
