ive just upgraded my cfl bulb's to more powerfull one's and droped some light down the center and around the plants what do ppls think........
i have two bulb at 1450 lumen each.no reflector, 2 at 1200 lumen each, with reflector, and the last 3 1500 lumen each, with reflector it totals to 9800 lumen. is this enough light im still thinking of more hehehe is there a risk of over doing it with light...

No risk of over doing on plants. More light is better of course. But these are enough for now. You can consider additional lighting during the flowering period. I flowered two plants with 7x23w. They were fine.

ok cool m8 nice 1 these have been in flower for bout 2 week's this is why i put the extra lighting i put them on 12/12 early but have more than tripled in size since with some excellent pistels showing but on one loads of pistals everywhere but the other two have pistals in there bud sites just not as much so hopfully this xtra lite will help them to catch up

Stretching is normal during this period. They do it mostly in dark (At least I saw mine were doing like that) Get the lights closer to tops, they stretch less. But watch every day carefully, don't burn the tops. Every morning when i wake up I was founding my plants kissing the bulbs.

Don't worry about pistils, they can be different for each plant or each side of the plant. Soon you'll start seeing them more and more every other day.

sweet brva.....yea i see two leaves kissing the bulb this morn they little bit crisp still green i just dipped them in water for a sec get them moist again see what happens ive moved side light back a bit
will also have to add some fans the xtra lite making it very humid i dont want them to starve air keeping door open a little
