Hello!

Was kind of curious if anyone has ever heard of a pre-employment drug test that required supervision. I have only taken one drug test for a retail job and that one wasn't supervised. I might be getting a job with a much bigger company though and I have someone that will donate piss but I dont know if it will be more difficult to get away with or not. There is no way in hell i am going to have time to detox because i have been a chronic user for 5 years.

I have only heard of probation tests and stuff requiring a supervisor, I feel like the companies wouldn't want to meddle with possible HR issues like that.

I'm probably wrong though but I want to know what you guys think.

Yeah, it totally depends. Supervision? No. A pat down not involving your personal areas? Maybe. Last place I went didn't even make me empty my pockets, but thats not typical.

Yeah, it totally depends. Supervision? No. A pat down not involving your personal areas? Maybe. On employment-related tests, the collector cannot touch the donor in any manner. The collector can only make the donor empty pockets. If the donor exhibits any conduct that indicates clear intent to tamper, then the collector would have the donor give the urine sample under direct observation.

I know of one place where they watch you piss (from behind), but not actually staring at your dick like probation does.
