Ive went to a few sites sofar and all of them that were suggested are not allowed to be delivered in PA. Are there any that are successful that can also be delivered to PA?

Well i ordered QF 5.7 so i hope it works :).
Is there a reason why human urine cant be shipped to PA? It wouldnt even let me have the synthetics shipped to PA :(
