My question is this, when the plants just start sprouting up how often should they be watered? And should nutes be given at this time or straight Ph correct water? Lastly, I was told that pond water is a good source for watering, is this correct? I have a pond on property and want to use it. Any replies info is appreciated.

for seedlings i usually mist with a light seaweed extract and soak that way. then cover to keep humidity in. by the 2nd or 3rd node i water straight balanced water. ph should be correct at 6.2, 6.5. pond water for indoors is a bad idea. bacteria and diseases, no ,no ,no. maybe outdoors, however pond water is usually stagnant and lacking mucho oxygen. i wouldnt use it for money:D test your ph before and after nutes then test runoff(if your in planters), your runoff should reflect about 6.5.
