Sorry talent, the confusion is my fault.

I just quickly glanced at the photo and saw short fat leaves and assumed indica but I was hasty and wrong.

I agree with tiki, I don't think it is even cannabis. I doesn't look like it's growing nodes in the same way cannabis would.

Can you provide a better picture? Or a picture taken from the side of the plant?

And tell me, had he jumped the gun and after seeing the post confirming that it's likely an indica, and he smoked some toxic shit, how would YOU feel? We're not talking candy here, we're talking about potentially toxic plant compounds, plus knowing that what you're posting is relevant and factual. (and won't kill anyone)

eaaassy rusty...however you are most correct. cant be ingesting poison. virginia creeper wont produce cannabis bud so most likely it would end up in the trash, although some moron will make the news on something like this and make mj look bad.
