So last month I had boughten "The Cannabis Grow Bible, Second Edition" and on page 487, Chapter 19 - How To Enjoy Your Bud there is something that I would like to share for non patient/medical patient and experienced/non experienced smokers that have confronted the fear first time or for many years.
Variations in strain, growing conditions, and how it's been taken will all effect how you experience the high. The people you are with, your environment, and your general mental state will also greatly effect how you feel once you've taken cannabis. Remember to relax and enjoy yourself. "Bad trips" or negative experiences with cannabis are often associated with taking it in an unfamiliar environment with unfamiliar people. The important thing to remember when having a bad trip (also known as the Horrors or the Frights or as JohnnyZ would call it... the Fear :() is that cannabis is a plant, the effects are not permanent, and you will likely survive this attack of the Frights after a nap :D. If a nap is not in the cards, the best thing to do is find a safe, quiet spot away from lights, noise, seemingly terrible people, actually terrible people and anything else that may be causing mental disquiet.
YOU WILL BE OKAY, I PROMISE YOU THAT.
I went through a little faze of the fear, it wasn't until I actually gathered why I kept getting the fear and ever since then Miss Jane and I have been great together
Oh by the way it's been awhile since I've been on and I miss everyone that I've talked too. I hope everything has been going well in your lives since the last time I've been around.
