I dont know why but whilst i smoke a joint i always cough bare . Is this a sign of whiteyin ? I can take bongs till my lungs bleed but a join makes me cough . i would be very happy if some one could bring light onto my situation and how do i stop the coughing ? :confused:

You probably cough because the smoke you get from a joint is a lot hotter (no water, very short distance to travel an cool) and you're also getting the smoke from the paper, which is nasty stuff.

If you're relatively new to smoking, have decent weed, and are smoking out of a bong, it shouldn't take more than 1 or 2 bowls. As for joints, I'm not too sure, I stay away from them, but again, the quality of your bud is gonna be a determining factor.

No i cant get high enough i am always cravin more been smokin 4 bout 2 yrs gave up fo 4 - 5 months though started smokin it again everyday about a month ago !!

I don't know man. I still wouldn't expect it to take much more than 2 bowls if it's decent. The stuff I'm smoking right now will do it with just one of the small bowls on my spoons, and I've been smoking for a little over 2 years. (Then again, this stuff is incredible :D )

Mix some vicks vapor rub into your weed b4 putting it in your joint. That will give you a smooth, menthol feel to your joint and make it go down easier. JK. But in all honesty, try mixin it with some menthol cigarette tobacco, that should cool your throat a bit more. Just a thought as I was typing my cocky ass first statement.
