Thank goodness he isn't going to prison...but he shouldn't have a Felony on his record at all, even the judge said he was compliant with all state laws....People shouldnt be staisfied with this outcome since the feds shouldn't be violating the soveriegnty of the states granted through federalism..instead they strong arm, arrest and incarcerate or convict for absolutely no reason and accomplishment.

Ah but, you miss the most important part here...stacey took a plea bargain because he was facing 20-life if he lost and the judge was going to allow a defense under state law if he went forward...

So as you can see, the government folded it's hard hand...to allow probation for sale under federal law is history in the making...baby steps my friend, baby steps...

The next in line is Steele Smith whom is taking it to trial bar none..no plea bargains he says...hope he does go all the way, tis the only way we are going to make it work.

Must not be a felony, they're a mandatory minimum of 1 year in jail. Either that or the feds are deciding to ignore the laws when its convenient for them.

Nope, the establishment of an aff. def. to criminal charges for dispensing cannabis in federal court is upon us.. here and now. Probation is the first step in that process.:D

P.S. this guy is a ASA board member in San Diego.. snicker snicker.

The more pressure the better. Now we need our state to make it legal, cuz that will be another battle, one that other states will be joining soon.

Well spoken...I guess my main point is that "WE" shouldn't be prosecuted by the state or feds for growing a plant..:rasta:
