MH/HPS

I have read that using MH and HPS bulbs is better than using HPS alone. I only have one ballast to work with and it is switchable. So I was wondering if I could switch bulbs every other day or something like that?

When the sun raising its more red. Use HPS 3-4 hours for the morning. When the sun is up its more white (blue). Use MH for middle of the day. 4-5 hours. When the sun is setting its red again. Use HPS for 3-4 hours in the evening.:D
