I live in the Central Valley of California and I am trying to figure out the best time to start my outdoor grow, I know that I should start when the frost ends but I am really unsure of when that is. Also, can anyone tell me of a company in the 209 area code that sells clone starter plants? If not I am going to work with some seeds and start them indoors then move them out, but I am as many people I know on a tight income but need to be able to secure medicine for myself. I am reading a lot on how to grow but I would like to know more, some helpful tips for the area would be great.
Thank you, cheers.:rastasmoke:

start them now.....under floros......start about 20 seeds and then get them to a point of determining sex then only keep the best of the females. If your take your time....you will have great plants. Clones are not the way...in my opinion....you could get mites....bad geneics.....bad plants.....etc...etc...etc....I would go with something that will grow pretty easy your first time. Blue Dream...Green Crack....Grape Romulan.....Purple Kush....all grow pretty easy and are top medicine and yield pretty good.
keep them under the floros till about late April and then put them outside.
