Yes but you have to have a qualifying condition. You can also get one in NM, not just Cali..

i heard its much easier to get in cali..
i have chronic back pain.. i started to work when i was 14 and had to lift pretty heavy things...
so do you think a doctor in NM would say "alright then u need marijuana"? i dont think so..
thats why im making a trip to cali and try my luck..
if you know anything about doctors in NM that also see chronic back pain as a qualified condition, please let me know :)

I'm pretty sure you'll need some proper documentation such as a drivers license or ID card, I know they copied my DL and put it on my script. Why bother though? It will cost you $150 and valid for only the week you're here. In CA an oz. or less has been decriminilized, the worst that can happen is you'll get ticketed for having it but no criminal record or court appearance. Now if you have an oz. and it's all packaged in dime baggies you'll be in big trouble. My advice is to get here, buy a half oz and smoke it up just don't walk down main street CA firing up a doobie in front of other people and you'll be just fine.

Why go through the bother of getting a card to use it for a week!? In California you'll see a lot of people who look like the sell and smoke weed, and usually you're right when you think that, hahah! Don't waste your money on a card for a week. Buy some pot, toke, have a good week.

The conditions of getting your req. are flexible, moreso than a few years ago. Usually, they request old patient records. Now, get your req. for $49. and you need only bring anyt medications you are on or your ailment in most cases. Good luck and be safe. pr
