Adding Molasis or Surgar

I use a general hydro 3 part with tiger bloom and use soil.

Is is a good idea to add Molasis or surgar to the plants to make them taste sweeter.

Do you add it to your food and water? Can you just put regular sugar on the top of your soil? Is Molasis better than sugar? Can it mess up my nutes, create any kind of nute lockout or something crazy.

The idea sounds good. Just do not want to make a big mistake.

do not give white sugar to your plants.....it is the trash thats removed when creating the sticky goodness we call Molasses ...go to this link ..http://boards.cannabis.com/basic-growing/187784-molasses-sweet-organic-goodness.html....post #7 and #42 are very good . choose a brand with twice the ca as mg.....imho
