Just looking for peace of mind more or less.

Smoked Dec 14th, 15th, & 16th (couple bowls each day). Last time I smoked before that was October 10th and then way back last spring. Anyway I picked up an at home drug test from Meijer and took the test on Jan. 3 (first pee of the day/didnt detox or do anything out of the ordinary) and passed.

I should be set, right?

Also I picked up a speeding ticket (5 over) since the last time I met with my P.O.. I just got my license back November 10th after having it suspended 6 months for my possession charge. Do you think this will affect my probation at all? Is it something I shouldnt tell my P.O. when asked "have you had any encounters with the police since last visit, wrongful info could result in charges...?"

thanks

If you passed the home test then you'll pass the probation test. As far as the speeding ticket... I have no idea.

first of all if u smoked that long ago and it was only for those three dayus u r gooooooooooooood dont worry bout that at all i wouldnt tell u that if i wasnt 100% sure. and second of all TELL UR P.O.!!! i am on community corrections and i have been since '06 so I know the system well and how it works actually i went to jail one night for getting pulled over with no proof of insurance and driving on a suspended as soon as i got out i told my po i had to see him even before our scheduled meeting. so when i went in there i told him about what happened and he showed me a copy of the police report and said it was sitting on his desk when he came in the morning after. so he told me he had to report it to the judge and to come back in the next day. when i did he said the judge was gonna let it slip by but only because my P.O. suggested not to lock me up. then he told me the only reason he suggested to keep me out of county was because i was honest with him. so TELL UR P.O. THE TRUTH!!! THEY ALREADY KNOW!!! just my 78 cents

Yeah you should be good man. Just don't drink too many fluids before you go piss, or you will end up diluted and be guilty anyway whether your dirty or not. As far as the ticket goes, I wouldn't see them doing anything enless your not honest. Be honest with the po, you'll be fine

I wouldn't tell my PO I used. If you do he'll probably have you sign a statement of use whether you test positive or not and send you to counseling. Take the test; if you test clean all is good. If not THEN in all likelihood you'll get sent to counseling. Keep testing positive after that and in all probability youâ??ll start seeing things like intermediate sanctions for a couple of weeks in jail and that kind all thing- all the way up to possible probation revocation.

What state are you in?
