Go to the top of the page and click on the arrow next to Quick Links, then click on Edit Your Details....scroll down to where it says Optional Information and put your IM into one of the boxes(you may have to sign up with a free provider if you don't have any of these),be sure to click Save Changes at the bottom of the page when you are done. Those that know computers will know what "at" extension to put on it when they email you(yahoo,hotmail,etc.).

Well I did not ask what part of the state you were in but if you have records of intractable nausea/vomiting; that is a condition you can get approved on with only one doctor. but if you are going to apply for the severe chronic pain you will need 2 doctors to sign a primary and a specialist. let me know what area of the state you are in and I will see if I can help with a doctor for you to see.

Ok mate, I was unsure about you.
But how are you going to start an indoor gardening consultation when you hardly know how to grow yourself?
(Not knocking your skills, you are just a new gardener. Everyone has to start somewhere.
I have been following your posts on the farm, but please explain how someone who can't read, can teach another person how to.

well i think that I know what Im doing with both my women.
oh and also you should not assume something about some1 you dont even know just because I was asking some basic questions about some simple pest problems. I have had 2 growers from 2 producers and 1 that just received his site approval and have all told me that I have a green thumb to grow grade A meds. so sorry to bust your bubble. Guess Im a quick learner.:stoned: but that is also why I am trying to get this together and learn all I can. oh the indoor consultation "business" (more of a club/group) is not only me or my views it will be many different people and views. Im doing this not for personal gain but to try and help people who need it and in the process by default I will gain knowledge, wisdom and best of all friends.

hey you got me, I can admit when I am wrong:jointsmile:, I took your simple questions to mean you were a new grower and thought your consultation service was a business you were going to be starting and simply wondered how it would work as I was guessing you didnt understand the basics.(you said it yourself you were asking some pretty basic questions),
Just checking the facts~~ Party on.
thanks for putting my mind at rest. Do you have a grow journal somewhere online I can come pull up a seat.
(no hard feelings I hope, same way I ask to see a persons medical card, I dont just take them at their word.)

The only reason I even said anything is you are the only patient offering a service. Consulting service sounds like a for profit company,
( am I wrong that it sounds like a for profit thing?! )
I would call anyone out who could possibly be taking money from fellow patients if I was unsure about them/growing skills.
But again you were the only one offering a service, so I wanted to check the facts.

why thank you! and no Im not in it for profit. I sincerely want to help people in the best possible way. My main goal is to set up a CO-OP patient owned and operated so that we can supply ourselves with the best meds we can together grow and also help patients who are not in the collective set up and have a successful harvest. Well since thats not possible right now I got to start somewhere. So I offer patients that want to grow or people that want to get on the program and grow their own help in every step to there 1st harvest. now I don't want to get into all details of the way Im running the program now but if you wold like you can e-mail me and I can give you the whole low-down on what im doing and maybe you will have some suggestions and even interest of your own to help out. I got a few "members" but none that would like to take on these task with me. I believe if I can get at least 2 more knowledgeable patients to help me with the creation of this dream of mine it can actually become a reality if we all work together. ya?

Hey you are a real person and that may seem like a weird statement I hate to say it but there are not many real people in this world. You call me out and then admit you made a mistake and apologized for it. I don't know about you but I have only met a handful of people that have those kind of personality characteristics in them. Thank you for that. I hope that i didn't come across as a a**h*le? I am one of those real people in that I not fake and I am true to my word and this program and sincerely want to help people in need. (I was going to go to school to be a nurse but then found this MMJP and found that im good at it. lol)

I'm glad you are all for helping those that can't help themselves. and a coop can be done it just takes a lot of money to do. The ones that have that kind of money don't want to do it they want to make money on there "investment".The best WE can do is help each other out however we can.So just keep trying how you are and help who you can. Thanks for trying to help. P.S. MV is for real and he is trying in his own way he was just trying to make sure of you intension's.

well as of now the NMDOH does not allow CO-OPs in NM. Y i dnt know but I have a friend who i helped find patients for his board and when he submitted his application the DOH made him change the name of his farm because it had the word "co-op" and it wasn't even a co-op thats juz what he was going to call it. So ya a patient operated CO-OP like "WAMM " in California is not allowed as to my knowledge and thats my long term goal to get one started so that people in dire need can get help just like "WAMM" is doing. :D

MimbresValley
02-05-2011, 02:57 AM
well no co-ops but you could start a nonprofit and run it like a co op:thumbsup:

MimbresValley
02-05-2011, 03:00 AM
but there will still have to be sales of cannabis to pay for the new regulations company would have to make at least 30k a year alone just to pay the DOH fees.(after the third year of operating), but then its 30k every year after that.
thats not taking into consideration nutrients, electric, rental space.

like I said coop can be done as a non profit but like MV said it would still have to make money to pay DOH the fees that are being charged. As i see it there will not be that many producers that survive with that much being charged. So we get back to grow your own!!! For most patients that have a grow lic. it will take them a while to learn the in and outs of growing but it can be done.

well i got some ideas to try and bypass those laws. like maybe getting the approval of the DOH of a kind of collective. ok lets say 10 patients with their personal growers cards come together and use all of there 4 mature plants (40 mature total) with the 16 seedlings (160 seedlings total) together and grow at the same site but the 10 patients would help (if physically able to) and we can make sure that all 10 patients (or more if possible) would be supplied with medicine at all times and the extra we sale to the patients of NM that can afford to buy their medication. maybe instead of saleing it to patients maybe sale to the other farms so we don't have to get into the legalities of other patients and delivery and everything else. Or if there are other ways to support our co-op I would be glade to hear it. But I need help in this if anyone out there like my idea and would like to get started e-mail me. i already got a the board requirements for members. :rastasmoke:

The problem I see with that is that personal production licenses only allow you to grow at your residence. unless you all move in together no way that can be done.I guess a commune would work. lol P.S. still that 30.000.00 after the third year would still be killer.

yah the 30k would be a killer, but the 20k the second year, and 10k the first year, also preetty rough hurdle for a broke as patient as myself.
Now casper line up some cute girl patients and I am sold on the commune idea:D:stoned:

now if the DOH would approve a CO-Op no need for a commune (even though a bunch of beautiful patients bending over all dat tending to plants in my home sound great) we would propose 1 site for all and every patient involved plant count would be grown by the Co-Op. now there are ways to fund the program like selling the extra medicine to patients or producers sale clones etc. Making butter and goodies, pastries and smoothies. Things like that. IDK i'm trying here! lol;)
