Hey everyone,

I bought Quick Fix Plus from urineluck.com about a year ago (December '09 or January '10), with the intention of using it for a temp-to-perm situation. I ended up finding something better that didn't drug test, but I was recently laid off and am looking for work again.

My batch is "P12H-09". The site says, "if the batch number ends in 08 or higher, the product is still good to use." (I have NO idea when this was last updated; I believe it said the same thing a year ago)

Assuming a 2-year shelf-life, does anyone know enough to say that this batch will be good to go now? Or, even better -- when, approximately the batch will expire? I figure it should be good right NOW, but I am not quite clear when it will expire -- sometime this year? the end of this year? the beginning of next year?

Thanks so much in advance for any answers! I really can't afford to screw something up after a job offer at this point.

P12H-09 was manufactured in Dec '09, making the batch 13 months old.

For peace of mind, test the bottle with a validity test kit to ensure that the creatinine, SG, pH, etc, are all within the normal ranges. These kits can be found dirt cheap by doing a Google search for "drug adulteration test kits".

Great, thanks for the response! I will look into that, but it sounds like -- barring any flukes -- that I should be good here.

Hmmm, I can't seem to find shops where I don't have to buy 25+ at a time.....

Considering I bought from the manufacturer, and that it should be good based on its shelf life, is there any reason to think that my sample will test positive for adulterants? (It was sitting inside my house in a drawer, sealed, for the past year)

Also, the substitution sticky says QF has a shelf life of only 18 months. Is this the consensus?

I've been searching, and I KNOW there are some good threads re: exactly the steps to take with QF to pass a pre-employment screen, but I can't seem to find them. Can anyone point me in the direction? I don't use microwaves, and I am wondering whether or not I need to buy one just for this.

Thanks so much for all the help!!! :rastasmoke:

I've just been reading all these threads about labs in Oregon (Metrolabs, Bio-Med, etc) testing for uric acid if there are physical signs of adulterants. It seems this has become common enough to not necessarily be written off as flukes.

Does anyone know if this is just confined to Oregon? I read that the Quick Fix Canadian contains uric acid -- is this true? Would this be an issue in Los Angeles, CA, in anyone's experience?

I'm totally broke and am not sure I can even afford (let alone have enough time) to order the Canadian version or go some other route. Here's to the regular QF being good enough?

:(
