Please help with 250W MH light

I have a 4 x 2 x 7 tent to be used for holding mother plants. I don't need tons of clones so I'm just looking to keep the mothers healthy. Planning on using a 250W Metal Halide but not sure on which brand of ballast or which reflector to use.

If anyone has a good 250W MH set up or recommendation I would sincerely appreciate any feedback.
