Local, county, and state constabulary scarffed up numerous collective members engaging in deliveries to their patients in Santa Barbara County last week (December 2010).

Total bullshit. When are the good citizens of California going to put their thumbs down to this terrible waste of public expenditures and harassment of medical cannabis patients? In all probability everyone but the coke dealer is going to walk!

Gypski, Prop 19 was flawed in many ways. What I would like to see is more attention paid to outright legalization for use of cannabis by adults in California. We need to stop trying to make the MMJ situation more broadly accepted (although I totally agree with Prop 215) and put all our efforts into eliminating the nannystate position that cannabis be banned for adult use. We can work on the distribution problems later. Keep It Simple Stoner!
