First of all, I'm a newb at this and I need a little help. I've got these plants, but they're looking like they could be doing a lot better. I believe they are 5 weeks, and most of them have 3 nodes.
They have purple stems, the leaves are starting to hang down, and on one plant, the leaves at the first node have a little green left in them, but they're mainly yellow and brown.
The first picture shows a plant of a completely different strain, more sativa to my understanding. This one has 2 nodes, and another one at the very top with new leaves JUST starting to grow out of it.
I'm running them on 24/7 light, under 4 fluorescent bulbs.
2 are Ecolux bulbs, one Plant and Aquarium F40, and one Daylight F40, both 40 Watts.
1 is a Phillips Plant and Aquarium light, 40 watts, and the last one is a Phillips Natural Sunshine bulb, 32 watts.
They're all 48" bulbs, about 2-4 inches from the bulbs.

1. add 20% perlite to the soil mixture...(you must have good drainage holes; water goes in...and drains out immediately...leaving the soil...MOIST!...16oz cups are perfect.

2. use 6500k (kelvin temp) fluorescent tubes...in either T12, T8 or T5. High Output T5's are best.

They look over watered over fertilized. Very stressed if they're 5 weeks old. Let the soil dry out, leaves will raise up. Don't add fertilizers until they grow a little more. Switch to 18/6 light schedule, give them some rest at night. Check your water PH. Give fresh air, keep the temperature cool.
And last two picture looks like male.

Thanks everyone.
I'm going to be upgrading lighting soon, most likely to better fluorescent bulbs.
How often should I be watering them? Should I be letting the soil dry out before rewatering?

Yes, Let the soil dry out but not like desert :) When they're good with moist, leaves will be up and plants will grow well every day, you'll notice. When they need more water leaves will start curling down, pots will be light, when you put your finger in to soil you will not feel the moist. Thats the time for watering again. Slowly water until water comes out from drainage. Dutch Pimp said, you need some perlit in your soil. And don't press the soil. If you don't have perlit in there and if that is pressed soil then don't wait until water comes out. Just give 100ml per plants every other day or two, three times a week.
These plants are not so big, you can grow same size and healthier plants in a week under good conditions. If you're going to change lights and the soil then plant some more, you'll notice latest seedlings will be much better than these.
